Guidelines for Queries
Members of the Sudbury District Branch OGS and the public are invited to submit queries.
Submissions are to be typed in full (do not use short forms), with surnames capitalized the first time mentioned. Length of the query should be limited to 150 words.
Include your name and email address. Photos (in .jpg format) may be included. Be sure to include a caption and the ownership of the photo. If the photo is not part of your private collection, written permission from the owner of the photograph must be obtained.
Queries will be published in the Branch Newsletter, Ancestor Hunting, in the order received, and as space permits. They may be subject to editing.
